If it is asking for a measurement like 1/2 a cup it is the packaged egg white like egg beaters

You can buy them at the grocery store, in a cartoon, they are usually used in recipes that need egg in them but aren't cooked a lot.

Pasteurized means it was boiled so the Samanela is cooked out and you don't have to fully cook again.
