The sims 2 open for business is not working!!!?

it keeps saying this: "a problem has occurred when trying to transfer the file 'E:/TSBin/ijl15.dll' from the media"

When i got the original Sims 2 it stopped installing on the 3rd CD....so i went to the store and got another one and it worked....maybe its not your computer, it could be the CD, try going back to the store and getting a new one
