If you buy a used car that was sold back to the dealer that was a lemon law car - what recourse is there when that problem happens again? we were given in writing this problem should not happen within one year. Could we also use the same lemon law and have the dealer purchase it back?

Depending on the state that you live in, you are suppose to be informed that the car that you were buying was indeed returned to the manufacturer under arbitration (Lemon law). consult an attorney
