First of all, make sure you're actually talking to a white bigot. I am white, my best friend is mexican. The problem, and she agrees with me (as does her family and many mexicans where I live) is not that the mexicans are in the US it's the fact that they didn't go about it legally. If I went to a country illegally or tried to stay when my work visa expired I would be deported, white or not. Why does the US have to be any different? They will let anyone become a citizen if they go about it the right way which is legally. And actually yes, if it comes to it people will die, and many in my area. I am not condoning war, the illegals in my area (yes, some of my friends also) aren't either, but some sort of compromise does need to be made. If the ones already here can be given citizenship, great. I do think that the whole being Mexican thing and insisting you are living in America and can't be made to leave is ******** in itself. If you're so proud of being a Mexican, and you obviously are, what is wrong with your country? We worked hard to make the US what it is, I think that with some help your country could be as nice as well where this would not be an issue.

I am not trying to argue with you, but don't be so closed minded to white Americans especially when the other races are in this as much as we are. Just going against whites makes you a bigot more than you are accusing us of being.

If Aztlan supporters start to riot violently, it will galvanize the people of the US. You think we're anti-illegal right now? There are a lot of folks who are straddling the fence. Right now, opinion is fairly fragmented. Give us a concrete reason to fear immigrants and I guarantee the American people will mobilize.

People are wishy-washy on the immigrant debate right now. I guarantee if there are terrorist attacks from Aztlan supporters, the people, the government and the armed forces of the US will unite and kick the living **** out of the Aztlan militants.

I actually hope that revolts do start soon. I'd love to see the smug smirk wiped off your face with the shell from an M1 Abrams tank. That Cienfuegos guy should be locked up for treason against the United States. Treason being the only federal crime where the punishment is DEATH. Hopefully in front of a firing squad.

Hey man, la calma abajo, no odia tanto. We are not all bigots. My godson's both of them are Mexican-American and they are great guys. I think that what a good many people are saying is that illegal is illegal. Even Vicente and Juan (my godsons) feel that if you are here illegally and aren't paying taxes like everyone else then you shouldn't be allowed to work here tax free.
