No, the Jews, by and large, consider the old testament a view of history told in a way that ignorant people could understand...all history was handed down by word of mouth, so it had to be dramatic and over stated to mark in memory. Only a few cults of Christians take any of the bible as fact and absolute. Anyone who thinks the world was created in 6 days must have a screw loose somewhere. And that is just the beginning. The Bible was not written until between the years 300AD-400 AD...I seriously doubt that any of the apostles or anyone else who knew Jesus was alive when all this stuff started...Scrolls from the dead sea area were translated, to what ever agenda was proper at the time, The Catholic Church decided what was suitable and what was not for its following, and thus the bible came into being. For anyone to think that it is a true, absolute writing is more than ludacrous. To add value to the translation, the Catholic Church put out the word that the Bible was God's word as told to man by God, Writen in man's hand BY GOD...now, this is just silly. Good luck

I am assuming you mean books of the Hebrew Bible that appear in the Christian Old Testament. In my experience - no, they do not have the same interpretations. There may be subtle or distinct differences in interpretations between these two faiths, or even within one of the faiths. One example would be Christians who claim that Jesus is referred to, and some even claim named, in the book of Isaiah.

Jews believe all of the Bible except for the Resurrection of Christ. They believe Christ coming back again will be the first time he has come back after His death. I think that they really don't pay much attention to the New testament since they still follow a lot of the old rules that are specified in the old testament

No because Jews don't believe Jesus is the Son of God, when the Bible, read as it was meant to be, clearly states that He is.
