Dress Code or Teachers?

Because in my school district, it's dress code, and I don't think that that's right.

I do agree that these days there is a big focus on what to wear to school instead of actually learning. I understand that kids can not wear mini skirts and belly shirts, etc but if you make your focus too much on the clothes they want to rebel so they do it in a way that hinders their learning.

I find it hard to believe that any school focuses more on its dress code than its teachers. The students, who are probably unhappy with the new and/or strict dress code may feel that's the focus, but it's probably one of many things school administrators and teachers are dealing with at this point. It just happens to be what appears to be directly influencing the students now.

Without teachers the kids will not learn. and with clothing in the way of social problems, will cause kids not to attend school. dress code should be enforced, but teacher screening should be strict
