Someone told me clear nail polish works, but they lied. The tract won't even play anymore after I did that. At least before i could hear it a little bit. But is there any way I can repair CD scratches?

Toothpaste or 70% alcohol they both work great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you use alcohol make sure you use a Q-tip to put the alcohol on and a paper towel or wash cloth to take the alcohol off.

And you wipe off the toothpaste too.

Toothpaste and CD Scratch Remover both work pretty well. Whatever you use, make sure to clean it with a SOFT cloth, to prevent further scratching of the CD.

Laser eye and cd disc cleaner handle most skips Be sure to rotate the disc playing number as opposed to the same one every time if you have a changer. Most of mine will not ship in another slot. An outright scratch I have not dealt with yet.

I would say that a scratched CD is already damaged, no? try copying it. My PC DVD-writer for example plays scratched audio CDs that my SONY stereo is unable to play or skips.

I'm pretty sure that they have sprays or cloths you can purchase to try and repair cds... They also have something called the CD/DVD Repair Pro that will clean them up.
