Pros - life is simpler, you dont miss, your wife g/friend dosn't get pissed off at you, you keep the bathroom cleaner, you can read a book at the same time!
Cons - zero, zilch, unless your in a public toilet, then ewwww

A con is when you have to sit down to pee you really need a restroom, you can't just go in the woods, so it can be inconvinent.

Pros: if your drunk its less likely that you could fall
Cons: When you pee it can splash up on your BOOTY!!
Pros: you rest while you pee!!
Cons: Seat may be cold.
Overall : JUST PEE standing up.. if your a lady.. pee like you pee now~!!

cons - the germs of strangers, the possibility of sitting on a wet seat
