okay. so i like this boy alot. he lives an hour away from me and we dont hang out much. i reallllly want to hang out with him cause its almost back to school. he is kind of shy around girls and blushes alot. thats what i've heard from my friends who live in he same town. i like him but i dont know how to tell him. i need some help.

Everyone has been in your position before, including myself, and it can be made much more difficult than it really is.
I suggest you go for the mature, quick-n-easy approach, and try the maintenence free "I like you".
Just go right up and tell him how you feel.
You'd be suprised how much he'll appreciate it and respect you for it!
Even if he's not completely ready to go out with you, I expect he'll like that approach more than the drawn-out flirtatious approach.
Especially if he's shy, you're going to have to be direct.

Ask him out. As a shy guy that blushes a lot, he will never ask you out. You will need to take the first step. He just needs a little push. Just come right out and say it. I'll bet he will be thrilled that a girl actually likes him...

Just tell him this:
"Hi! I want you to know something, but don't want you to be nervous about it, I just think that you need to know."
Then tell him this: "I want to tell you that I like you and if you don't like me,it's fine.But can we be friends at least?"
I know he will say yes, maybe not.But I am 90% sure he will say yes.
