I have two puppies and one of them is really fat and one of them is really skinny ( like about to die skinny) they are 3 weeks old and the skinny one does not look that old. Everytime they eat the fat one punks the skinny one and takes all the food. We gave some puppy food to the skinny and he seemed to like it but I am not sure if he is to younge to be eating puppy food from the can.

Yes, he can have puppy food now, it will help him catch up..I begin feeding a mushy food at 3 weeks, and have never had problems. i used to raise orphaned puppies as a business.
I would add canned goat milk to the puppy food, to help him get more nutrients. plain yogurt will do fine to increase his digestive enzymes..(about a teaspoon per feeding)

Take the other pup out to play twice per day, and allow the smaller one to nurse from mom...
Don't give up on him! A winner of Westminster, a few years back was the 'runt' that barely made it.. One of my own 'fading puppies' became the foundation sire of a prestigious kennel..He was awesome..

3 weeks they need to only have milk, either form their mother or from formula, many pet stores have formula for puppies. having a really fat puppy could mean that the puppy has worms, and if one is eating the other's food then you should feed them seperately, but switch to milk. Puppys are usually completly weaned by 8-10 weeks old, so these puppies are very young to even be introduced to solid food.

First of all, have the puppy checked by the vet for any problems he may be having.
To feed him, you want to go to the grocery store and get some goats milk and some meat baby food. mix some of the goats milk with the baby food (I usually use chicken or lamb) to make the babyfood watery. warm this in the microwave until it is warm enough that when you touch some to the inside of your arm you do not feel hot or cold. take and dab a little on the mouth of the puppy and let him lick it off. give him another drop or two on his lips and let him lick that off. continue until he is starting to show interest. put the remaining in a shallow bowl for him to lap up. he will get most of it on him but that is okay - mom will clean it up. Let him eat this seperate from mom and the other puppy. do not use this in the place of mom but to try to supplement mom. the suggestion of letting him nurse without the other puppy is good. let him have one on one time with mom for a while and you take the other puppy to the other side of the room and play with him and socialize him to people.
But call your vet first to make sure that all is well otherwise.
good luck

I believe that they are too young as of now.. they should be drinking from the mother or a formula (from the pet store) until they are at least 6 wks.
