I would like to get a tattoo of a word in Arabic, it is such a pretty language, I think 'Love" or 'Peace" or "harmony' something of that nature. Could you show me what those words ( and others) look like or could you direct me to a site that shows what the arabic word looks like???
Also is it possible to translate anglo names into arabic language?

Keep in mind that English and Arabic each have sounds the other lacks (for example, if your name has a "p" in it, you'd have to use their "b" sound to approximate it), and there are some pretty funky rules (like the fact that short vowels aren't usually spelled out) that would probably make it worth asking someone to transliterate your name specifically. Unless you want to spend half a semester having it beaten into you, like I'm doing right now.

Just type peace, love, etc. Although it is not extensive for English, it has some good english words there.
