Strangest to you, then I would say, snakes, shark fin, and dogs
But these are not strange at all comparing to what my father has had. One time he went to Japan for business, those Japanese businessmen took him out for dinner and they served him raw (yes, all these stuff were raw) beef bladder (imagine the smell of urine still hanging on the bladder), raw beef testicles, and raw beef penis.

I know its not ME per say, but its my dad and it was pretty strange.....When he was stationed in Japan he went out to eat with some of the local people. They really liked my dad and in their traditions sent a delicacy of theirs to his table. If you have any knowledge about Japanese culture you know that you MUST eat it. It would be highly disrespectful to turn it away. The delicacy was a dish a live baby eels. YUM...He ate them. Said he could feel them moving around in his stomach...

These are available on a daily basis here- Chicken Livers and Gizzards deep fried! And people eat them. They also eat hearts and I don't know how they are cooked.
