Never had one so I'm just curious how bad it is.

My best friend got one in WV for having a BAC of .04 because she was under 21. She had to spend one night in jail, take an alcohol class, pay a fine, and the prosecuter tried to get her a year of probation but that didn't happen.

I know two other people who had all that same stuff (plus the probation), but since they had previous alcohol offences (like drunk in public and fighting) They had Breathalyzers installed in their cars, you have to blow in it to start your car and a few times while you are driving or your car shuts down

you will go to jail 1st then have to be bonded out then will have to pay a fine and take a class and will get your license back in 3 months.....i think..if it's your 1st time

bad enough where you won't drink and drive again. plus, you lose your license and can't drive. it's awful.
