Depends upon who tells it. It has to be really gross and "forbidden" to get my vote as best ever.

I walked out of that movie...actually just out of the room, it was on DVD. Just not a good joke, no matter who adds the flourishes.
My favorite joke involves a bartender. You've probably heard it.

Why do people equate revulsion with humor?Making me uncomfortable and disgusted by vulgarity is not really funny. It isn't witty, it doesn't have a trick ending, it's crass. I don't even think it's a joke.
