why do black people have dreads? i know skin color do not matter but all the other races white asian arab have st8 hair. Are blacs born with dreads? or st8 hair? help me out

It's because it keeps the hair managable. African hair is very tough to deal with. It is also very dry and can get easily damaged from even regular brushing and washing.

usually with frizzy hair, if you have mixed parents you can get some that are born with natural straight hair. It's just in the genes. God created them that way
