i had cheat on my best friend, and my best friend don't know about it should i tell him, i had cheated from the start i met him, i don't know i am so confussed that i have no idea what to do.

Two parts - 1) Don't tell him, and 2) Break up with him.
You would only be telling him to make your guilty conscious feel better. He deserves better than that from a best friend. So in reality your not being his best friend. You should also break up with him because if you loved him you wouldn't be cheating in the first place, once again, he deserves better.

If you tell him the truth he will probably hate you but if you don't you will hate yourself....it has already started.....ask yourself this which is worse...him hating you or you hating you?
