Well warm milk puts you to sleep, I would pick 1% fat milk or skim milk. I have this at night before bed sometimes and pick a low-sugar cookie such as Graham crackers. Hope this helps

yes, all that fat and sugar sits on your stomache at night and turns into body fat.
try a more healthier snack, such as an apple, banana, orange, or pineapple. even peppers, salad(very little dressing), or cucumbers with tomatoes.
but stay away from watermelon it contains a lot of sugar.

eating anything right before bed is not good for you because when you fall asleep your body doesnt digest the food and it just sits in you. Warm milk is fine.

I don't think there is an issue. If the milk & cokies were keeping you up I would suggest you reconsider but as it helps I say stick with it.
