this girl i no from day camp told me that she wants to talk to my mom abt that. becki nevar maks fun of me like oter kids cause of all the lam stuff my mother does like put me to bed at 8.30 pm. in fact shes my best frend there an now i only talk to her. people in yahoo gav me good advise an i told her an she told me what was good advise and what wasnt. she says that going to bed at 8 30 pm is a good idea and leting your mom tuck you in is a good idea but maybe my mom should give me anoter snak. the warm milk seems to relax me an i go rite to sleep whan my head hits the pillow. im real thin so i dont think the cookys and milk are making me fat. shuld i let becky talk to my mom for me. im a 13 yr old boy and becky is 13 too. shes real prety an i like her.

no honey, you go right on ahead and eat your cookies and milk at bedtime, letting your mom tuck you in. becky sounds like a nice friend.

Well warm milk puts you to sleep, I would pick 1% fat milk or skim milk. I have this at night before bed sometimes and pick a low-sugar cookie such as Graham crackers. Hope this helps

yes, all that fat and sugar sits on your stomache at night and turns into body fat.

try a more healthier snack, such as an apple, banana, orange, or pineapple. even peppers, salad(very little dressing), or cucumbers with tomatoes.

but stay away from watermelon it contains a lot of sugar.

eating anything right before bed is not good for you because when you fall asleep your body doesnt digest the food and it just sits in you. Warm milk is fine.

I don't think there is an issue. If the milk & cokies were keeping you up I would suggest you reconsider but as it helps I say stick with it.

the sugar in the cookies aren't very good b4 bed,but if it helps relax you,i'd say go for it. mmmm cookies
