His username is Pisslam Queeran, and just by looking at the username you can tell he is here to spread propoganda!
If you look at his question's he has set he is blatantly a sad person trying to stir hatred.
Even though I'm not Muslim, Im still shocked that this site is not moderated properly such as the BBC!

You can't. All you can do is report them.
If they get reported enough, their screen name is blocked. But they can just pop up with another screen name.
I firmly believe that Yahoo should ban the originating URL as well. But that never seems to happen. We get the same old abusers re-appearing over and over and over again.

Well, there ya have it...in America we have this little thing called Freedom of Speech. It's a total thing...someone can spew hatred and all kinds of nasty trash without fear. Sometimes that's not such a good thing...

If you think he is being disruptive and abuseful you can simply report him. Once a user has a lot of violations they'll either get suspended or kicked off of Answers. I've seen it happen with the user "Do Not Click" where he/she constantly posted personal ads that linked to his/her MySpace blog about something.

It shouldn't bug you so much
there are a lot of bad people put there and you can't just ban everyone even if its just this one thats bothering you you have to let him learn his own lessons and maybe one day he will realize the things he is doing are bad. don worry
