What if someone spreaded a rumor about your boyfriend and he thought it was you do you break up with him or stay with him.

tell him it wasn't you. He should believe you over anyone else. Tell him it wasn't you and if he doesn't believe you explain to him that he should trust you and take your word when you say it wasn't you. If he still won't believe you, he has serious issues with trust
