In most states it's illegal for a minor (someone under 17/18) to have a relationship with an adult(someone over 17/18).
He is 18. you are 13. Most guys that age want just one thing....sex. You deserve better and I think you should keep working on this one you have your "eye on". You have your whole life ahead of you. Don't screw it up just because an older man told you that you were hot. Don't give into temptation.

At your age you should stay away from 18 yr old guys that call you hot! Go for someone your own age. Maybe the guy you like is just shy!

First of all, stay away from dating adults until you are an adult. There will be no positive results dating an adult.
Second of all, try studing and focusing on school because really, you're too young to date. Believe me you'll have plenty of time to date when you attend high school proms, trust me, I've been there!
