How about something to make - like a beaded jewellery kit? Maybe modelling clay that will harden? A plain T-shirt/jeans/jacket and some fabric paint/pens?

Stimulate her creativity and she can make something unique for herself.

get her a magnadoodle. My three year old loves it. It's like the etcha sketch of my day. You can write on it with magnets and erase it. They have them at Target.

My three year old loves to color. It's a great way to teach them their colors. Dress up clothes, play piano. Take her to the toy store and tell her to show you what she likes. She might surprise you.
