will physical therapy help me recover from a strain or torn hamstring and is there other ways to help heal it faster?

if you have a strained or pulled hamstring, you can do physical therapy, but it's all a matter of letting your body heal itself.. now if it's torn, you may need to see a doctor and discuss surgery..
