if asking out as in girlfriend/boyfriend type deal, think about which one you like. If you don't have a crush on either, don't go out with either. If you have crush on one go with him. Crush on both, go with neither until you get your feelings for one in check. It really hurts when your gf has crush on another guy, EVEN IF she has a crush on you, too.
If they are asking you out on a date, go with both (on different days) on the understanding that you BOTH have the option of seeing other people AT the same time.
