I don't recall it saying that at all, but all the bible's principles speak against it.
Basic trust is a large part of the basis for Love. If you can't trust your spouse with information, you've got a big problem. You've also got a problem if you're doing things you think would anger your spouse so much you couldn't tell them. You should always put the other person's feelings first in a marriage.
The bible talks about becoming "one flesh," and that's not just talking about sex. You and your mate are supposed to make decisions together, encourage each other, raise the kids together and help keep each other out of sin. You can't do any of that without open lines of communication.

It doesn't say not to keep secrets from our spouses. However, it does say that we should treat our spouses in appropriate manner. If we do that then we probably wouldn't need to keep secrets from our spouses
