Beef with Broccoli with pork fried rice.
Personally though, I would like the real stuff. But since the question is about Chinese take-out, beef with broccoli with pork fried rice is my favorite. I am a Chinese myself and Chinese take-out cannot compare with the real stuff.

Aww! I haven't had chinese takeaway for ages! man I miss that stuff - all that mono-sodium-glutimate (not sure on spelling!), raa!
Well, I like; lemon chicken, chantonese style sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice, special curry, satay, prawn taosts, wantons, spare ribs, prawn crackers, crispy duck pancakes, crab and corn soup - they're my favourite, but I love everything!

Easy, Aromatic crispy duck followed by char sui (with beansprouts as an optional extra) chased down with some premium lager and liqour coffe and a cigarette to finish.
