There is no way to figure out what kind of weather you will have in one year. Besides my florist told me on my wedding day that rain meant good luck in a marriage.

Well I dont know how correct the weather would be but look at it this way... its supposed to be good luck to get rain on your wedding day. On mine it was 98 degrees outside and bright sunshine. I was divorced within 2 yrs.
Good luck on your special day and I am sure no matter what the weather your day will be spectacular.

Weather at this point is still unpredictable. Weather forecasters can make very general estimates but nothing in particular especially a particular date you have picked out. Your best option is to go ahead and plan for the wedding as you want it but make backup plans for getting rained out or play it safe and plan for your wedding indoors or have access to good tents for outdoor festivities.

If you want to know if it's going to rain on August 8, 2007, then I'm sorry, there's absolutely no way on earth to predict that.

You cannot predict weather. We had an outdoor wedding planned (May 1st), and it had poured theday before, was overcast and close to 50 degrees the day of the wedding.
Luckily, we had an alternate plan that actually turned out better. So...have an alternate plan!

Yes you can look it up on your city's local weather forecasting site. I did it since ours is in September I wanted to make sure it wouldn't rain as well. Also try almanac.com they give you the average weather for that month for several years and also future years.

You can look up online the weather from previous years on the date that you're looking to have your wedding. It's not an exact predictor, but it will give you some idea.

The farmer's almanac is pretty reliable, but not foolproof. If you want your wedding outside, have a back-up plan. If you don't want to worry about it, have it indoors. It is a trade-off. Don't let it ruin your day if it rains.
