Be careful about buying software on ebay. There has been alot of controversy about it. Buyers complaining about buying used software that they can't install because the license key was already registered by the original owner! Just look at the feedback (negative) of people selling used software and you'll see what I mean.

there is always some decent free stuff on download.com
I used to just use local video game resale stores for cheap games.
