well it depends on how tough you are? If you lack all sensitivity and are not in tune to the feelings of others than you might be a little too rough around the edges. In new situations (meeting someone new) you can get nervous and seem even more so aggressive. Just relax and be yourself there is someone for everyone. Good Luck :-)

Drop the tough guy facade and be as open and approachable as you find comfortable.
