I have a JVC KD-LH910 CD/SD Reciever, with 2 12 inch 300 watt punch P 1's, and a 800 watt pioneer one channel amp. Yes, I have teeters and 6 by 9's.

loose power connections.... your power cables might be thinner that required for your system.... thicker the power cable better the energy floats through it..... you might have to add a capacitor.... best thing would be for you to check all the connection from amp to the power..

if nothing just take it to a pro... it s not worth to try to fix and end up ruining your system.... goodluck

Running' that many watts probably overheats the amp, resulting in a 'cool off' period. Most if not all new power amps will 'clip' or shut down as not to destroy the amp itself.

I am not an expert but I advise you to seek one and ask questions.

The amp may be getting too hot. I had that happen to me so I bought another sub for the amp and therefore did not have to bridge one channel.

Could be a loose connection, or possibly one of your wires are shorting out. Check your speaker wires for shorts too.
