My Dog won't move?
My husband went out to water the garden today and noticed my daschuhund will not move. When she tries to her back legs move but she just goes backwards. My husband tried to pick her up and she yelped from pain.
Before you say take her to the vet they are closed in my area and we do not have any money to take her to an emergency care they demand payment upfront.
does anyone know of anyway to make her comfortable until tomorrow when we can get her to the vet?
also, does anyone know what might be wrong with her?

Also, she is leaning on her right hind leg and her two front legs and up. So she is like sitting up. If you know what I mean?

Thank you all for your advise My husband and I came home from work today and she had passed away. Thank you all for your thoughts a prayers.

Not that I need to explain myself to you all but, we did not leave her alone my Brother in law was here for her all day. He was checking on her all the time & she was not in any pain. As for my husband going out and found her she had been inside all night she went out to use the restroom. She was fine before she went out. we are not we are not heartless people we did seek medical attention and were told the test results would take a day and we did not want to leave her at the vet somewherer she would not beloved like she was at home. You may all not stand me for loving my animal enough to want her at home with me instead of laying in an vets office somewhere they do not love her as much as we do.

I'm SO sorry.. My recent dog had almost the exact same thing. She would not move. We took her to the vet, he said she had kidney failure, and that the best way to keep her from any more hard pain was to put her to sleep. Because if we didn't she'd suffer a couple more weeks before she'd die. So it's not your fault, there was nothing you would've done to change fate. I'm SO sorry once again. it took us about 3 more years to Finaly get another dog, when we did we got a rat terrier and she is the most spoiled rotten love of our life!!

i remember when my american eskimo was bleeding from a rupture on his testes the so called vets wanted $100 to save his life, they arent vets they dont deserve the name, i had to give my dog to a shelter just so they can take care of him, they all need to be outside of a hospital bleeding to death and shunned by others as they perish. this may sound weired but i discovered this after i gave up my american eskimo but i have witnessed that when people imagine the pain of another to go away and/or be healed that it actually starts to work imediately my friend just puts her hands over the place of pain and imagines white light healing it or just imagines it healing anyone can do it. well i hope this helps, im not saying in any way that vets will not help but i am saying it is an awesome alternative for those that need immediate relief. take a break whenever you feel. k see ya later

Please take your dog to emergency care, you can apply for PetCare at the animal hospital, it is a form of Pet Health Credit, it is interest free for the first year I believe.

If you really can't see yourself doing that, call your vet see if your vet has an emergency number, maybe your vet will help.

Good luck and I hope your dog will be alright.

So ya all went to work and left the dog in that condition??????

You should be brought up on charges!!! That is a crime in most states now!!! No seeking medical attention for a sick or injured pet!!!!!!

Do the world a favor and do NOT GET ANOTHER PET EVER!!!!
