T-tapp really works your core - blend of yoga, pilates and dance. All you need are the videos.

I've got Liz Gillies "Core Fitness--Progressive Pilates, 4-10 minute Target Tone Workouts" in DVD format. I'm still working on my core, but it's a great workout, a nice challenge and really targets, and she explains it very well, so you're not watching the movie half confused. lol

easy?

workout?

that's an oxymoron if I've ever heard of one.

Forget pilates. Do something easy first. Something such as sit ups. If you can do situps .. say 25 in the morning 25 in the evening.. then drive for 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. If you can stick with a routine.. every single day for a month.. they try pilates.

In my opinion, you gotta start out with something easy and with a goal in mind as to where youw ant to go next. If you start out with something intermediate or advanced or even easy yet intense like pilates, you're more likely to give up and stop doing it.

If you do pilates, do with friends.. every freaking day or every other day.. and no excuses whatsoever for not doing it.

listen there's not quick and easy workouts to stay fit and trim and SEXY. being Sexy comes with a price. you want to look syxy and fit and trim you need work out. work out hard. looking SEXY and trim is very expensive. so Bite the Bullet, do the hard work, work out HARD. but, white you're working out, DRINK JUMAICAN RUM. IT WILL give you lots of Energy, and you will loose that wieght faster, with JUMAICAN RUM MAN! YEAH! HOP TO IT, you better start now, before you miss the 'A' TRAIN.
