Can someone please give me any ideas what a 7-year-old may be interested in for his birthday!?
I'm 16 myself, by the way. And honestly I don't have a brief idea of what he'd like... Thanks.

Just kidding. You are 16 so I'm guessing you don't have a fortune to spend. Get the kid a soccer ball and a kite. It doesn't sound like much but he'll have fun.

I'm always a sucker for fun toys with an educational twist. I like the Captain Underpants book series by Dav Pilkey. Your nephew should just be starting to get into this type of book and they are funny, gross and entertaining. You can find them at Borders or Barnes & Noble in the children's section. There are six books out now with another due out soon (a christmas gift maybe!)

Boys at that age are in to super heroes, skate boards, playing rugby or soccer. If you can't afford much find out what sport he plays eg get him soccer ball. Ask him what he thinks he might get or wants you'd be surprised of the list, surely there would be something you could afford. Talk to your sister/brother tellthem when decide what you will buy so they dont get it.

I have a 7 year old brother and he likes batman, spiderman, superman; all those superheroes. Buy him an action figure or something that he's into (ex. sports, tv shows)

Video game, Big squirt gun , or hey ask his mom. It is normal for people to ask the mom what the child wants. Even us who have kids of our own.
