just the name as far as I know. they both pretty much contain the same ingredients. Powerade is a little cheaper in our area, but my hubby and kids hate it...they love the taste of the gatorade much better.

There is no difference.Gatorade is namebrand and powerade isn't so it's cheaper,but they both taste exactly the same.

gatorate has more sugar powerade has more salt It also has more vitamins. I looked at the labels for this one:)
