The body doesn't have to look good. It just has to have a good engine and what not. But actually I have found a couple that don't look good but run good for under that price just they live to far away.

I'm sorry, they didn't make that car in 1902. a 2002 celica will set you back at least 13k.....and that's assuming that you can find someone WILLING to sell.

Nobodys gonna sell you a 2002 celica for $5000 or less! Sorry! Unless somethings wrong with it thats too much to fix
