Ok so this guy that i really like, and i keep playing basketball... and talking alot..... he will be cute and stare right into my eyes without looking away. So anyway while playing basketball... the ball is about to go out of bounds.... i will be running in front of me and he will grab my waist, and like tickles me..... does this mean anything??

He's an honest person. He wish to read the intention in your eyes. I is fond of you, and all that is needed to take it to the next step is simple. Instead of wasting time asking this question on the Internet, I suggest you take him to the store after the next basketball game, buy him some Gatorade, and talk to him about how you feel when he does the things he does. Be honest. Tell the truth. You have little to worry about if your honest.
He may have just been trying to get your attention all along, but you'd rather talk to strangers, than to him. Isn't that weird.
