You aren't feeding it milk, are you? Milk is bad for kittens (except from its mother, of course).
Try changing the diet; if that doesn't work, go to a vet.

If your kitten has not eaten something strange or white, and you can possibly afford a vet, please call the vet and ask his or her opinion. If you really care about him, he can be one of the best friends you can ever have in life. I know. And I lost a very special friend this morning because I couldn't find a vet I could afford. I wouldn't wish the hurt and guilt I feel now, and will feel for a long, on anyone. Even a stranger.

One idea, your cat may be having problems swallowing her food. While dry cat food is great for dental health, it can swell in the esophagus and tummy when a cat ingests too much of it at once and then drinks water immediately afterwards. Watch out for the quantities of food you serve the little onw. If you are not doing so already, try breaking out her daily feeding to twice a day vs. once a day.

Could be a hair ball. If not, you should take the kitten to the vet for a check up.

Watch your kitty very carefully. We found one of our foster cats had been throwing up white stuff and he went downhill so fast from there. We almost lost him from dehydration. Make sure your kitty is eating and drinking and don't feed him milk. If he/she is acting listless take him to the vet immediately to put fluids back into his body. If he/she is acting normal, you need to make sure they are getting plenty of fluids in their body or they will become dehydrated and pass away. If your kitty won't drink water or eat food on their own you will need to force feed them. Give them some wet food and put it on their tongue with a cut syringe (or try to put it on just with your finger.) If they continue to eat the wet food after that, then great, if not, you'll need to slowly force feed them so they do not become so dehydrated. Forcing water in into their mouths can accidentally get in their lungs and can cause pneumonia. Mix some water and corn syrup in a a cup and place it in their mouth. It will perk them up and will get them some needed H2O.

Are you feeding your kitten milk. Cow's milk is unsuitable if that is what your using, as the fat content is too high for the kitten to digest. Pet stores sell milk for kittens, which they can easily digest.
Hope this helps!

Take it to a vet ASAP, in the meantime, careful wat u feed it but make sure it has access to plenty of water, this can be a sign of dehydration, common if people r feeding little cats formula but forgetting they need water too. Good luck with kitty
