Anything you can do to help your self unwind should help to alleviate your symptoms,You may benefit from relaxation techniques, such as meditation, self hypnosis or biofeedback, if stress in your life is particularly problematic, you man want to consider psychological counseling, The key is to find what works for you

Stomach Ulcers, or Peptic Ulcers as they're usually known as, do not quite burst. They are extra of a gap or erosion within the belly lining. Because of the belly acid, they may be able to be very painful. I have had ulcers considering that I was once 14 they usually suck!

try to avoid stress; stress really starts flare-ups.

watch what you eat -- food can be a trigger. I learned that I am lactose intolerant. increase fiber -- I usually have oat bran with banana and honey (great breakfast) eat whole wheat bread 100% whole wheat -- stoneground is preferable. read labels on packages, advertising is deceptive.

I have IBD for 7 years plus ulcerative colitis. Take care now! Don't wait until it turns into something worse.
