Try sex before bedtime. For many, It's a pleasurable and mentally and physically relaxing way to let loose before settling down to sleep. Indeed some researchers have found that hormonal mechanisms triggered during sexual activity help enchance sleep. But again, it depends on the person, If sex cause causes ansiety and creates problems, It is not such a good idea, But if you find it enjoyable, It can do a lot for you.

-dont eat big meals before bed, -dont watch tv before bed, -sleep in a cool dark room, -use a radio or fan for calming noise, -dont drink too much before bed,- try not to smoke before bed,-meditate before bed, -
you may need meds I take Lunesta and it is wonderful!!!
