I have this friend who doesn't attend church at all- I mean, they have been, but just not for like 2 years. Will they go to hell? Oh, and if you say curse words, will you go to hell? Answer this question considering if you DIDN"T ask forgiveness for not going to church. Thanks, everybody!!

There is no hell..forming a personal relationship with God is more important than going to church (there is a difference between religious and spiritual).
This whole church thing is a control issue..even if you are a bible believer, nowhere does it say that you must attend church.
Look how alot of religious people act..then check out how spiritual people act..not a hard choice for me.

If you make Jesus the Lord and Master of your life and believe in him you go to Heaven. No if ans or buts about that. You don't need to join or attend a church. However it may be hard to do these two things if you do not.

Joining a church is a good investment to ur soul.

church has nothing to do with it. the only thing that matters is if you have a honest relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. he doesnt care wheteher u go 2 church or not whether you curse or not . but at the same time u cant say ur a christian then go out and do verything u shouldnt without asking for forgivenes honey, if you hvve to ask that question you have alot to learn.u needa pray for wisdom ........read the bible honey may God bless you .....

No I don't think you will go to Hell for not attending church. What is in your heart is what is important, not where you go.

if i were god, i would judge people based on their soul then whether or not they went to church. people should be judged individually, not as a group. but then again why do humans judge other human and say whos going to heaven or hell, when the truth is that, if indeed there is a god, he is the sole being capable of making the final judgement. so it doesnt matter what other humans say.

no you wont go to hell for not going to church but you need church its very important!!!!!!!!! its very easy to fall away from GOD if you dont have this fellowship support. the bible says not to forsake the assembling of yourselves meaning not to stop going to church. the bible also says out of the heart the mouth speaks, so if your cursing then your heart isnt right with GOD and if your not right with GOD then you will not make heaven. i dont think you have to ask forgiveness for not going to church, but you do for cursing.

We are commanded to gather often in the name of Jesus Christ...

going to church gives us a spiritual boost for the week to follow... and makes us stronger spiritually... it also teaches us about things that otherwise might have been missed...

not all people get the same lesson at church... some receive personal revelations to their prayers and questions...

you need to go to church to take the sacrament in order to demonstrate your repentance of your sins.

Hell doesn't exist. No-one goes there regardless of church attendance.

If you think and read the bible Christ says that you are to worship god in spirit and in truth. No you never have to go to a building to worship god, You can worship god anyplace anytime. If you think many Churches are hypocritical! think of Christs words then apply it to what they do inside there, and also if you think they also spread many lies that people buy into. Face it most preachers are the Wolfs mentioned in the bible. And the mystery of Babylon is those Churches.

You don't have to go to a Church, to believe in god, or go to heaven. Anywhere people are gathered, to praise God, is just as good as a church. Remember Jim and Tammy went to church, what do you think about that?
