Healthy isnt about maximizing your vitamins. True health is about balance.

Healthy isnt about vitamins only. True health also has balanced exercise to accompany the vitamins.

You could take pills that were totally harmless, but if you took to many in too short of a time, you could still rupture your stomach and drop dead.

Health is knowing what is supplied by your diet, understanding what your body needs, and understanding how what you eat is used to meet those needs, then adjusting so that you meet but dont over-meet those needs.

A suggestion, if you are a woman, is to consider calcium. You can only lay-up calcium in your bones until you are about 35. Osteoporosis happens with age, and makes your bones so brittle that a small fall or bump can break them. If you lay up the right amount of calcium you can push osteoporosis off for a long time.

Iron is about the only thing that will kill you in a vitamin. The others, as the science teacher said, will poison your system, but the effects will send you for medical help long before. Iron, on the other hand, will have gotten you by the time any symptoms show up. Also, Iron overdose is hard to detect in time enough to save your goofy butt if you're stupid enough to do this.

That is something you cannot die from because once the body has enough it just gets discharged from the body. I mean I suppose you could eat enough in one day to overload the system but it would be a pound of the substance i guess, every day for a a week or two before you would begin to see the signs
your body would let you know long before you started getting sick...you would look kind of jaundiced, your urine would be a very dark and nasty looking color and it would smell very very bad...

Vitamin pills contain a variety of vitamins. A, D, E, K are fat soluble and are stored in your body and therefore you can overdose on them. Vitamins B, C, are water soluble and you will only absorb what your body needs. The pills can make you sick . In hypervitaminosis A , your eyes and skin turn yellow.
