I hurt my knee jogging this morning... It hurts like a B, so do I ice it or put a heating pad to it? OUCH!

Use Ice for 1st 24 hours..After that moist heat & cold packs alternated

It would've additionally given your mind a distraction considering that you have been chewing on it! Though it without doubt numbed out the senses! I'd nonetheless advocate seeing a dentist. pack of ice wil help ya. even some tiger balm will giv u a releif if u wipe it on ur knees

both are good. do the cold first and then the heat. but i think the heat one is better.
