there's this girl I work with. really attractive and good fun. We have a wierd kinda relationship. We talk lots sometimes. mostly she will initiate the conversation.. other times she'll steer way clear of me...untill I break the ice... then she'll talk to me lots. the craic is always good between us. I think there's a thing between us but I'd be mortified if i were to make a move and have gotten it wrong... oh what to do.. lol

What age are you! 12? We girls are taught from a young age that the guy should always make the first move. So next time your having great craic, say fancy grabbing a beer after work? If she looks mortified well no hassle, but you know what!!..... Its an even money chance she might say YES! so stop bein a big girls blouse and do it!
mind you, you do like an awful lot of girls!!

hmmm its an odd one, if a woman talks to a bloke she usually does like him. some weird relationships can work, if shes backing off from you - then you must be doing something to make her do this, although it may be a weird relationship/weird kind of attraction, she accepts that - but you must be doing something iotherwise she wouldnt back away.
