Why do people feel a need to compete with others based on the fact that they have different religious beliefs?

Many people have an innate need to feel superior to others in one way or another. Unfortunately this is just human nature.

Faith is a strange thing.....accepting the illogical as fact also leads to condemning any who disagree.

For Christians, it's all a contest to see which Jesus fan club is indeed Jesus' favorite. Remember, Revelations says a relatively small chosen few will ever make it to heaven.

Its never a compitition for me. I try to reply the question which are posted due to lack of knowledge about my faith without condemning the other religions.
