If you marinate it for at least 6 hours beforehand and cook it over low heat for as long as it takes to get as done as you want it to, it should be juicy. Also, do NOT use a meat fork to turn your beef on the grill...that just lets the juices escape and dries it out. Good luck! :)

Be sure that your grill is hot! hot! hot! Sear the steak on one side before turning and then the other. This will seal the juices inside. Don't overcook however. If you want to make sure that the inside is not rare, once you remove the steak from the grill, wrap in foil and let it sit for a while. It will continue cooking inside without drying up.
Enjoy! PS - if you find the inside still too pink for you - cover well and pop into the microwave for a short time.

If you don't want the taste of marinade but actually taste the meat just make sure the grill is on low and cook it slow. Use a meat thermometer to make sure you don't overcook. That way you can take it off the grill at the PERFECT moment. Good luck!

marinate the steak from 5 hours to overnight (depending on you). Then place the steak on the grill on low heat and grill each side for 15 minutes or so.. dont use fork or knife to flip it as to keep the moisture and marinates inside the steak

Go with the high heat searing suggestions, the combination of marinading and slow cooking simply boils the meat and boiled meat is well, BOILED! Unless you are English that is a total waste of time.
If you do marinade the meat (for tenderness and flavor) dry it out very well using paper towels before cooking and then coat with olive oil. As noted by others, sear at high temperature preferably a cast iron pan (you can't use teflon for searing), don't poke it with forks and NEVER turn your meat more than one time!

Cook it 6-7 minutes per side and then bring it inside on a plate and let it rest for about ten minutes. The juices need to redistribute in the meat.

Marinated or not Marinated, either way,... you prefer,...
Sear both sides on very high heat, to lock in the juices, then cook on a lower temperature to the texture you want it ( Medium, almost done, almost toast, etc.,.)
If you're using a marinade, it wouldn't hurt to baste it with the marinade while you're cooking it. If you're not, baste it with olive oil.
** you could also prepare a side of ajous, just in case if it isn't just right too. But I prefer to just ad a little scoop of my favorite salsa, yes hot (temperature, not the spicynesses)

marinate that meat for a day or two, then make sure you turn it over a few times during the cooking process....good luck!
