Oh my god! You need a sex change on the NHS, let me know if you get one, and if you do thats sooo, wrong why should real people wait to get real ops done on the NHS, willing to wait for theire life really if you think about it, just cross dress like every other wierd bloke does, why do you need a sex change? have you really thought this through? Whats going on inside your head? I can undertand some people but hey, NHS, noway!!

Be willing to speand an awfull lot of money. and seek out a trustworthy surgen. Obviously i would advise you go through the NHS they give you councelling as well which you really need if you are serisouly concidering this.

Hi, If you are serious there is no short cut. First there will be an intensive psychiatric assessment. Then you are expected to spend a year living as the opposite sex, whilst taking hormones and then and only then will they consider surgery.
Please think carefully because it can't be reversed.

depending on how unhappy you are, you may have a counsellor before and after. They will ask you why you want to change etc

If you are that desperate you may have to go private and pay loadsa money!
