join a club, get a hobby. Find a woman there. If they're in a club or have some kind of hobby at least they have similar interests as you.
If you're looking for a woman at a club.. look for one that looks like she's never there, those are the ones that usually (not always) have a little more substance.
Try through friends.
Also let's say you have a dog... you can look at the vets office, maybe a nice vet tech or dog owner, and at places like dog parks.
Good women don't fall from the sky.. neither to good men.

Try spending some time at the library or in church, or in another place where smart and motivated women tend to be. You can't find the right woman if you're hanging out at places she wouldn't be caught dead in. Good luck!

go for the big girls. usually are more ambitious not all but most. not all hot ones have no brains and ambition.

Maybe you should avoid the places where those women are hitting on you. Have you tried finding someone at work (if it's allowed) or church? If you are acting like idk, unintelligent around women maybe that's why that kind of women are hitting on you. Sorry that I couldn't help more.
