Ume & tea / rice,... Spam Musubi,... Chorizo Bento,... Roast Beef Stew - Lunch plate (sigh I forgot which mom & pop, lunch wagon had the best)
Its ironic that my most favorite foods aren't really exotic, but rather the relatively simple local favorites. That is because I grew up in Hawai'i. These really hit the spot, after a day at the beach or a long day after work.

Chilaquilles Mexicanos- its a chicken casserole with tortilla chips smothered in chicken cooked in mole sauce peppers and onions, smothered in cheese! Yummy! Every restaurant has a different version.

Peanut butter and celery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
buy some celery and peanut butter
wash and cut the celery, spread on the peanut butter
let sit for 30 seconds
pour some milk in a prechilled glass
serve and enjoy

dont be silly! people dont have creative fav food ,just food they may have had once and loved,if you want fav food then you are looking for refined classics,mine is simple,maris piper boiled for 22,drained then left- lid off for 2,mashed dry,then mashed -much butter!! a little double cream,salt and pepper go on!!!!!!!!1

my weakness is PIZZA, that's why I'm on a diet, but I'm polish so of course i love my kielbasa and sour kraut
