Vodka, Gin, Tequila, and Rum.... as a 200lbs. man myself, I could tell you that one long island does get me a light buzz (legally drunk). That's usually what I ask for whenever I am limited to one drink. Two of them and I am king of the world. Three of them and well....
But yeah, the combination of all the liquors makes for one lethal combination

I work at a bar and a Long Island Iced Tea has no tea. It's vodka, tequilla , rum, gin, triple sec and a splash of coke. A long beach is the same but with a splash of cranberry.

Alot of alcohol that doesn't taste strong at all! Depending on who's making it, there's usually about 4 different kinds of liquor in it!!
