Highlights?

What are the differences between foil highlights and cap highlights, is there any other kind?

foil highlights get closer to the root, in my opinion and its more comfortabe than putting a cap on your head and pulling your hair through those lil holes. i got the cap a few months ago and it didn't turn out very good so my original stylist fixed it with foil.
