The shipper will have to fill out custom papers when they mail or ship the product. It will go though a secure port into the US.
As the buyer there is nothing you have to do except get your package

Fr. Chuck is right.

If you send something to a foreign country....then You have to fill out the paper work. Simple Postal form just asking what you are shipping.

the seller handles all that stuff and the fees are added into your shipping fee
